| Announcement: | Anukaran Commercial Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for the year ended March 31, 2009 along with Report of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Appointment of M/s. Umesh P. Gosar & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as auditors of the Company in place of retiring auditor for the Financial Year 2009-2010.
3. Mr. Shambu Ramdeo Bhagat, Director, liable to retirement by rotation at Meeting, shown non-willingness for his reappointment as Director of the Company and hence, he was reappointed as Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Premal Parekh as director of the Company.
5. Appointment of Mr. Paras Mehta, Mr. Kushal Shah, Mr. Alpesh Dedhia, Mr. Krishna C Birmole, Mr. Manoj Shah & Mr. Faizal Ranghwala as additional directors of the Company.
6. Amendment of Articles of Association of the Company consequent to inclusion of Article 91 A authorizing the Company to pass resolutions through Postal Ballot. |
